As a contributor you will have two (2) pages in the book for your rule. You will also have your picture and bio in the book as well. This is all at no cost to you! You will be able to add to your list of credentials that you are a published author. It will also give you and your business exposure worldwide! - Fax document to me at 678.228.1897
Prepare your bio (25-30 words or less)
Submit a digital high resolution color photo (standard business headshot)
Summary of your rule idea or concept

Make sure that you read the information below to give you guidance as your write your rule.

Please submit your contribution by April 30th, 2009. Please send everything at one time. Partial submissions will NOT be considered.

Earlier today I completed everything to submit to you for review......except the Consent Form, which will NOT download. I keep getting the error message, 'This Page Cannot Be Found'.
Please advise.
