I've been meaning to contact you to let you know that I received my package in the mail. I've only skimmed through it so far. But, my boss just gave me the clear to go home early today, so maybe I will get a chance to review everything today.

I am beginning to compile a formal list on more invitees - a few people will be coming from my church who love family-oriented games as much as me and my family. But I look forward to meeting you on April 4! Give me a call as we draw closer to our date.
