As I mentioned natural health and wellness is my passion. I have lived and practiced natural health for most of my life. I was born and raised in London, England, and have aslo lived in Jamaica, W.I (Not Queens NY). I have also lived in New York. I have been living in Atlanta for 16 years, with my wonderful husband of 23 years, Errol, who is a custom clothier, and my talented 12 year old son, Bradford. My daughter, Tiffani, is a nurse. I am a Cardiac Sonographer by day. I love to network, especially womens events. I will have a personal website by July.

What Are Your Goals?

I want to become more savvy with the whole online social networking thing and blogging. I have just began, so I really don't know a lot. Like, how does RSS work? I would also like to do talks on stress and how to alleviate it and eventually create my own natural line of skin care with a unique twist. My immediate goal is to connect with other women interested in starting a business with Aihu, Inc., which is one of the companies featured in David Bach's book, Live Green, Be Rich.

I took a quick tour of your website and was really impressed. How do you find the time to do all the things you do? Please let me in on the secret.

I'd like to know more about Ruby Hearts Foundation. Heart disease and breast cancer are my main interests since I do cardiac ultrasound and I have patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Since we are close by, may be we can get together and you can tell me more. Give me a call.
