After several corporate downsizings throughout my career, I have stepped out on faith and haven't looked back!

Nilda is President & CEO of Workforce eTraining Solutions, LLC (www.workforceetraining.com), International Forensics eLearning Academy (www.IFEAOnline.com), a virtual campus providing professional development and career training courses in law enforcement, first responders, government, business, environmental, and technology. She also has an online travel and retail business (www.virtualtravelbuddy.com). Her professional experience is significantly shaped by over 20 years of marketing and business experience with some of the most influential companies in corporate America such as EDS, AT&T, Microsoft, and Deloitte & Touche.

Nilda’s unique blend of business, marketing, and technology savvy has earned her recognition in various publications including Black Enterprise Magazine where she was featured and quoted in the magazine’s 30th Anniversary Issue in August of 2000.

“If we don’t embrace it (technology) as a people, we’re going to be left behind. We need to embrace and be afforded the opportunities to take advantage of the way we learn technology so we become more marketable in the workforce and in our businesses”.
